Dr. Desmon R. Daniel is the CEO of Motivating Factor, LLC. Established in 1995, this forward-thinking consulting company is known for its ambition and inspiration while maintaining a presence in the community for nearly 30 years. When it comes to electrifying an audience with a powerful, entertaining motivational speech, Dr. Daniel is one of the most quintessential speakers in the area.
Growing up in Saginaw, MI, Desmon graduated from St. Mary’s Cathedral High School and attained his Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. His motto is “Education Is A Liberating Process.” Holding true to that adage, he earned a Master of Theology from Vanderbilt University and a PhD in Education from Capella University.
Desmon has a distinguished career in educational leadership, having served as a Superintendent and held multiple administrative roles including Principal and Assistant Principal. His experience spans across several diverse school districts and academies, focusing on secondary and middle school excellence.
